Polly tries to outsmart Corey about plans for the Martian art world. Kyla, Henry and Venancio have a long-awaited confrontation.

Corey asks Tala and Polly to travel with him to the North Pole once again.
YAHONTOV, the Russian dictator, arrives on Mars. Duke McGillis also arrives.
Polly discovers that Corey has been buying up artwork all over Mars. When she suggests that he create a Martian art museum, Corey says that he intends to. But Polly is annoyed that Corey won’t do it immediately and give Martian schoolkids a chance to see to art.
A transport ship of Africans arrives on Mars, but they don’t have a colony of their own, and no one seems likely to take them in.
Kyla, Duke, and her European law enforcement allies try to intercept Venancio as he recovers a smuggled shipment. A sandstorm helps Venancio escape. When Venancio returns home, Kyla arrests him. But one of Kyla’s informants is secretly working for Venancio and Kyla realizes that she can’t make a solid case against him. But Henry has sabotaged the smuggled missiles that Venancio delivered to the Brazilians, and Venancio may be in hot water.

Corey discovers that Polly has organized her artist friends to pool their work and invite investors to form a Martian Museum of Art. Corey realizes he has been out-maneuvered. He offers millions to start a museum and get control of the art.
When Kyla goes to the Hayes apartment, she is ambushed by a Russian assassin. Ray shows up in time to help her defeat him. They realize they owe each other their lives.
